Customer Care & Intake
Answer the people who write in, and turn enquiries into bookings.
10% of what the studio earns on every booking you close
You work the contact-form inbox and carry an enquiry through to a booking. It is one role and one agreement: the sales tooling sits inside Customer Care rather than being a separate job.
What you would do
- Answer contact-form messages in the studio's voice, within two business days
- Follow up enquiries that went quiet
- Walk a couple from first message to booked, and hand over cleanly
- Keep notes on the enquiry so the next person is not starting over
What you need
- Writes well enough to be the studio's first impression
- Weekday availability
- Has sold something before, or can show they can learn to
10% of what the studio earns on every booking you close
- The 10% is of the studio's share — what is left after the people who deliver the day are paid and the card fees come out — not of the customer's total.
- Credited when the booking's balance settles, not when it is quoted.
- A booking counts as yours only where you are named in its intake slot.
- Answering enquiries somebody else closes is part of the role, not a commission.
Why that number: Customer-facing coordination in Dallas runs $16–$24 an hour. Independent sales representatives take 5–15% of gross sales; on the studio's margin rather than its revenue, 10% lands in the same place in dollars on a typical booking while keeping the studio above every contractor it pays.
Paid within 7 days of the booking's balance settling, through the payout request in your panel. The studio does not pay out of a deposit it might still owe back, so payout follows settlement rather than the wedding date.
