There are three of us. We are trying to expand.
Michael, Vannah, and a four-year-old with a basket of petals. That is the whole company. It is not a humble brag — we turn work down because there are not enough of us, and we would rather fix that with people who are good than grow by pretending.
How we do this
Every position below says what it pays, in public, before you apply. We set those numbers against what the work actually pays around Dallas and Fort Worth rather than inventing them, and if you think one is wrong we would genuinely like to hear why.
- You are an independent contractor, not an employee. You receive a 1099.
- You handle your own taxes, your own insurance, and your own retirement.
- You set your own availability. Nothing is assigned to you that you have not accepted.
- You are paid per booking, not per hour of waiting, unless your role says hourly.
- Either side can end the arrangement in writing. Work already accepted still gets paid.
30% off everything we sell once you have either brought in $1,000 of business or been with us 90 days, whichever comes first.

Media Team — photo and film
Shoot the day. More than one of you can be on the same wedding.
$500 a day lead, $350 second shooter, $175 for a portrait session, $125 for a ceremony recap
Planner
Build the wedding itself — the venue, the decor, the vendors.
$500 per wedding planned
Scheduling Coordinator
Run the calendar and put the right people on the right days.
$250 per wedding coordinated on the day
Customer Care & Intake
Answer the people who write in, and turn enquiries into bookings.
10% of what the studio earns on every booking you close
Photographer
Stills only. You shoot the day and hand the cards over.
$425 a day lead, $300 second, $150 for a portrait session
Videographer
Film only. You capture the day; the cut is somebody else's.
$450 a day, $300 for a ceremony-only film, $125 for a recap
Editor — photo and film
Never on site. You take what was shot and finish it.
