Courthouse Wedding Alternative in Fort Worth
The short, official version, at the place and hour you pick.
$189

You want it to feel like a wedding and you do not want to plan one. A licensed officiant meets you wherever you choose, you say your vows, you exchange rings, and it is done in about fifteen minutes.
The legal result is exactly what a judge would give you. The license comes from the same county clerk. What changes is that it happens on a Saturday night in your backyard rather than at ten on a Tuesday in a courtroom, and you can pay by card.
Best for
- Couples who would have gone to the courthouse
- Backyard and park ceremonies with a few guests
- Short notice marriages, with no rush fee
- Nights and weekends, when the courts are closed
Step by step
How it works
- 1
Get your license
Both of you go to any Texas county clerk with ID. Texas makes you wait 72 hours after it is issued, unless one of you is active military or you have a Twogether certificate.
- 2
Book your time
Pick the day, the hour and the place. The form tells you straight away whether it is open, and the deposit holds it.
- 3
Your ceremony
We arrive early and marry you. Civil or religious, our words or yours, with up to 15 guests.
- 4
We file it
We sign the license and return it to the county, and they record it and mail it back to you.
After you book
The part that comes before the day
The planner opens straight away
Guest list, RSVPs, schedule and registry, all in your portal. It comes with every booking. There is nothing to add.
Open the plannerYour date is held
The deposit holds the day. The balance is settled from your portal, or on the day, whichever suits you.
See your bookingsPhotographs land in your vault
Anything we shoot arrives in a private gallery that belongs to your booking, and it is yours to keep.
See the vaultWorth adding
Bought alongside the booking, never instead of it. Add-ons are paid in full: no deposit arithmetic. The website is the one exception: 60% now, the rest when it goes live.
Event website
Zathena VenturesYour own site for the day: details, gift registry, RSVPs, and the gallery.
Every booking includes our wedding planner: guest list, RSVPs, schedule and registry in your portal. This publishes it: everything you planned becomes a real page your guests can visit, and their RSVPs land straight back in your planner. Guests see the photographs watermarked and can buy a clean copy of any one of them. Includes the domain and the first year of hosting; $50 a year after that to keep it up. 60% is due when you order, the rest once your site is connected to its domain and live.
Custom event merch
Shirts, hats and sweaters carrying a photograph from your own day.
Printed to order once your gallery lands, so the image is one you have actually seen. Ordered from your media vault, priced per item, plus a one-time print-setup fee for each photograph. Custom artwork is prepared once and used once, which is why studio designs never carry that fee.
