One team shoots the stills and the film, so nothing gets covered twice and nothing gets missed.
The person who marries you is married to the person shooting it. Nothing is handed to a supplier who has never met you, and there is no second crew arriving with their own idea of the day.
Stills and film are captured together, so the two never fight for the same spot. You get both from one booking, and both come back edited by the people who were in the room.
We turn work down because there are not enough of us. Every position says what it pays before you apply.
