What we collect

When you send an inquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the details you give us about your wedding. That includes the date, the venue, and your guest count.

If you book with us we also keep a record of your payments. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.

If you take the Twogether in Texas course we keep a record of your progress and your completion certificate.

Why we collect it

We use your contact details to answer your inquiry and to plan your ceremony. We use your booking details to run the day itself.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except the services listed below, and only where the service is needed to deliver what you booked.

Services we use

Supabase stores our database and handles sign in. Stripe processes payments. Printful prints and ships shop orders. Google provides the map on our site.

Each of these has its own privacy policy, and each only receives the information it needs to do its job.

Your photographs

Photographs and films from your wedding belong to you. We keep a copy so we can deliver them through your private gallery.

We will not publish any image of your wedding without asking you first.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for seven years for tax purposes. We keep galleries for at least two years after your wedding.

You can ask us to delete your account and your data at any time. Write to us and we will confirm once it is done.
