You marry people. The studio finds the couple, handles the booking, the paperwork and the money, and hands you a confirmed ceremony with everything you need to show up and do it well.

What you would do

Perform assigned ceremonies — signings, mobile officiation, vow renewals
Write or adapt the ceremony script with the couple beforehand
Complete and return the marriage license correctly and on time
See only the couples assigned to you, and keep what you see private

What you need

Ordained, or willing to become ordained before your first ceremony
Legally able to officiate in Texas
Your own reliable transport to venues across DFW
Comfortable speaking in front of a crowd

$125 per ceremony, $50 per express signing

Mobile Officiation retails at $275, so $125 leaves the studio its margin after card fees and travel.
An Express Signing is a twenty-minute paper signing rather than a ceremony, and pays $50 of the $125.
Travel beyond 60 miles from Fort Worth is reimbursed on top, at the federal mileage rate.

Why that number: DFW officiants advertise from $250–$375 for a ceremony they source themselves, against a national average near $300. Because the studio brings the couple and carries the admin, the split leaves the officiant a little over half.

Paid within 7 days of the booking's balance settling, through the payout request in your panel. The studio does not pay out of a deposit it might still owe back, so payout follows settlement rather than the wedding date.
