You take scheduling off the owners. This is the only role that sees every booking and every user — every other role sees only what it is assigned.
What you would do
- Own the calendar and assign staff to bookings
- Chase confirmations so nobody arrives at a wedding unassigned
- Run the day-of timeline where the couple has bought coordination
- Escalate clashes rather than solving them by guessing
What you need
- Coordination or events experience
- Available by phone on Saturdays in season
- Organized in a way other people can follow
$250 per wedding coordinated on the day
- Day-of coordination is up to 12 hours; beyond that, $45 an hour.
- Scheduling between weddings is part of the role rather than billed separately.

Paid within 7 days of the booking's balance settling, through the payout request in your panel. The studio does not pay out of a deposit it might still owe back, so payout follows settlement rather than the wedding date.
